Fitness Testing |

Prior to starting any fitness program, we perform a comprehensive fitness evaluation on all potential clients. It begins with an information gathering process to learn about the client’s short and long term goals, health history and current medications, past and present exercise history and diet. Clients will also complete Health history form, physical activity form, screening form and informed consent.
From here, we perform a sit and reach flexibility test to assess lower back and hamstring flexibility. This is followed by three minute step test for heart rate recovery and cardiovascular capacity. Finally, we perform a four exercise strength test to evaluate muscular strength and exercise form.
